Suddenly, we saw a large whale breach twice off the shore, heading south. Looks like it's true, the whales have arrived for the season! Sadly, I wasn't able to get a picture of the whale, but it was surprisingly close to shore and looked gigantic. It's always such a special experience seeing whales in the ocean.
