The building containing various government agencies in Fagatogo. It used to be a mall before the tsunami flooded everything. There were still a few destroyed buildings around, including a boat stuck in a roof in the adjacent lot. Apparently the car of one of his co-workers was wedged on the second floor after the tsunami.
